The First Topology-Based Reputation Evaluating for Social Graph

Motivation

Most evaluations for social graph like Lens Protocol rely on the linear models, a weighted sum of some basic indicators, , which brings several challenges:

🔸 Vulnerability to Attack

Simple models, particularly linear models with poor robustness, are vulnerable to attacks when exposed.

🔸 Quantity Bias

These models prioritize personal behavior over feedback from other users, which can lead to inaccurate predictions and fail to reflect the quality of behavior updates.

🔸 Indistinguishable Contributions

Linear models often fail to differentiate between identical behaviors from different individuals, leading to inaccuracies in predictions and decisions. For example, the following from a new user is equivalent to that from @Stani, and they are both simply counted once.
