Review 2021

BCA comprehensively reviews the whole cryptoart industry and the particularly the NFT’s development in China, divided main business into four upstream and downstream matrix collaboration sectors with BCA network as the core.

BCA Gallery

BCA gallery is a physical space we opened in Shanghai at the end of 2021. It combines virtual NFT with real physical space to produce a sense of integration and trust. At present, most NFT exhibitions are online, and there are no more than 10 offline physical space exhibitions in the world. BCA gallery will continue to do exhibitions to help artists sell their works, promote them to better institutions and better collectors, and integrate the spirit and characteristics of Web 3. In March 2021, we hosted the UCCA “Virtual Niche”, the world’s first large-scale crypto digital art exhibition, in which well-known crypto digital artists such as Beeple and Pak made their debut in China.

BCA Studio

As a cultural IP studio, BCA studio helps IP brands and KOL who want to enter the Web 3 field from an operational perspective. We can convert some traditional content into digital content, or into works closer to NFT language characteristics, and finally present it as a digital collection or digital asset. At the same time, it will also do a lot of NFT content output and transformation, including the construction service of virtual scene in the metaverse, as well as the generation of partial digital technology, artificial intelligence, and assistance in algorithm contracts, etc.

BCA Acdamy

BCA Acdamy is an educational sector that began in 2020 and cooperates with many universities in China, including Tsinghua University, Central Academy of Fine Arts, and China Academy of Art. In the first half of 2021, we opened a crypto art course with Mrs. Qinwen at Christie’s Hong Kong. In the future, we will open our own Web 3 Metaverse Center in CAFA, in which there will be more educational and academic courses, activities and exhibitions.

Vulcan DAO

Vulcan DAO is the earliest DAO fund focusing on NFT collection in Asia. The overall collection path is very experimental, and it is more like an innovative collection activity.

Going forward into 2022

We aim to complete the transformation to a comprehensive NFT platform, explore more metaverse mechanism, create a new collector community culture, form a 10K project matrix, and create a sustainable wealth-making effect.

In 2022, we will pay more attention to community building. We believe that the community is the core foundation for carrying the heat of discussion and transaction of artworks. The community can stabilize the consensus reached by the artworks we recognize and is the basic guarantee to ensure its influence.

In 2022, we will continue to adhere to the principles and logic of blockchain, that is, everything needs to be quantified. We will use the principle of digital to explain more things for tomorrow, so that everyone can see it more transparently. In this way, we can bridge the information gap, and make everything have a path to pursue. In the new year, BCA is bound to play a greater role in the crypto art and metaverse industries!
