Monthly Operations Report — June 2022

June 2022 operations:

1. Set up acceleration service modules—What ICPort offers to start-ups

2. Project acceleration — connected with 31 projects. Based on the assessment results, we have selected 7 promising projects for further discussion on acceleration. We will include those promising projects into our dealflow to be shared with our investors.

3. Closed seed round funding

4. Attended Meetings / Events — The BD team attended the Consensus 2022 in Austin and NFT.NYC in New York.

5. Business Development –

a) Partnership discussion with public chains such as Near, Crust and Algorand

b) Established partnership with MiraclePlus (i.e. YC China) and we will be participating in their bootcamp in fall season.

6. Dfinity Hackathon — we are official partner of Dfinity Supernova Hackathon and served as one of the judges.

7. Product Development — completed the first stage development, including a) Project Pool b) Project Interactions c) User Account and d) NFT module. The demo test is scheduled by the end of July.

8. Private Sessions — hosted the first private session (offline) with panelists from Byte Trade, Pre Angel, SNZ, Kucoin, Foresight, IGF, NGC, Sevenx, Asymmetries and others.

We will be working on the following areas:

1. Prepare for the acceleration Bootcamp in fall this year.

2. Continue the acceleration services for existing portfolio projects.

3. Host Demoday, Twitter space and other events.

4. Product test.

5. Reach out to public chains, service providers and others for partnerships.

6. Host online and offline workshops.
