Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor assessments, and customer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with ecosystem, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that drive business results.
  • Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual representation across all touchpoints.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, ensuring a strong online presence.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, demonstrating a track record of successful strategy development and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
