What you'll be doing

We are seeking a motivated professional in the role as a User Growth Specialist. This is an important role as the product engages in the important phase of growing its user base. Reporting to marketing, you will be driving activities with the objective of acquiring new users, as well as retaining existing ones increasing their overall level of engagement.

Responsibilities

Participate in the formulation of user acquisition strategies.
Primarily responsible for executing the strategies, and assessing the impact and effectiveness of the formulated strategies.
Test and scale new product features rapidly, working with the product and technical teams.
Create and run co-marketing initiatives with partners to communicate our brand to the wider community.
Inspire excitement about the product within the ecosystem through education and brand campaigns
Research and analyze user behaviour and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends in strategies and offerings of competing products in order to stay ahead of the curve.
Monitor and track key metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve performance.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in user growth.

What you'll need

Mandatory Requirements

1+ years of working experience (internship counts), preferrably in fast growing digital businesses.
Professional English proficiency, as there will be reports and documentation which could require publication.
Ability to communicate in spoken and written Chinese language
Excellent communicator, with the ability to distil complex topics and processes in a clear and concise manner.
Established DeFi user, familiar with the Ethereum DeFi ecosystem, as well as protocols across various blockchains.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Excellent organizational skills.
Technical background is a plus.

Good-to-have Requirements

Previous working experience in a fast-growth, highly competitive environment is a plus, e.g. Consulting firms, Exchanges, Internet Businesses etc.
